In a skillet, brown the ground beef or lamb over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onions and minced garlic to the meat. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
Stir in the tomato paste and cook for a couple of minutes to develop flavor.
Mix in the mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn) and sauté for a few minutes.
Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let it simmer until the mixture thickens.
Split the slider buns in half. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture on the bottom half of each bun.
