Peanut Butter Marshmallow Bars Recipe

Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Prepare the Pan

 In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the peanut butter and unsalted butter, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat.

Melt Peanut Butter 

Stir in the pure vanilla extract until well combined with the peanut butter mixture.

Add Vanilla Extract

Gently fold in the mini marshmallows until they are evenly distributed in the mixture.

Mix in Marshmallows

Pour the crispy rice cereal into the saucepan. Stir until the cereal is coated with the peanut butter and marshmallow mixture.

Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula or your hands (lightly greased) to press it down firmly and evenly.

Press into Pan

 Allow the bars to cool and set at room temperature for about 1-2 hours, or you can place them in the refrigerator to speed up the process.
