In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, milk, melted butter, and eggs until you have a smooth batter.
Stir in the maple syrup to infuse the batter with that delightful maple sweetness.
Pour half of the batter into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans and blueberries on top.
Add the remaining batter over the pecans and blueberries. Finish by sprinkling the rest of the pecans and blueberries.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is golden brown and set.
