Shrimp Fried Rice

In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink

Cook Shrimp

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Sauté Vegetables

Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until they're fully cooked.

Scramble Eggs

 Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables and eggs.

Combine Rice

Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet.

Add Shrimp

Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir everything together until well combined.
