Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and set aside the icing.
Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters. Spread them evenly in the greased baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Pour this custard mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces.
Drizzle the maple syrup over the top of the casserole for an extra touch of sweetness. If you like a little crunch
Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
Once the casserole is out of the oven, let it cool slightly. Then, drizzle the reserved icing from the cinnamon roll cans over the top
